Change, Organizational Plasticity, and Evolution


Thorbjørn Knudsen – research leader of the Strategic Organization Design (SOD) unit and co-director of the DIAS – has received an advanced grant in the prestigious Sapere Aude program of the Danish Council for Independent Research. The grant of 10,5 mio. DKK is awarded for the project COPE – Change, Organizational Plasticity, and Evolution. The project will be conducted by the Strategic Organization Design unit in collaboration with researchers from the Ca’ Foscari University in Venice.
